Exchange/return denied

Received current probe, I'm sure it will work fine, but the discharge wire housing is not in the shell. Therefore, there is no lead support. Contact the seller for a refund or replacement. After 4 days of letters, repeated with an explanation of the problem, the return/exchange was refused. I'll use a power probe to check if it's under warranty. But I don't buy any more of the tools.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Can't remember

An exchange after 30 days is not possible.

I bought this power probe in March 2021 because it is a great tool. I've used it maybe a few times since then and the last time I used it it shows that there is a 7.2v signal the whole time. So now I have a power sensor which is useless because it's always sending food. Factory reset and nada. Wow what a tool! the best of chain testers

I'm working on an old jeep and am dealing with the mad job of the previous owner, cheers for me. I stumbled across this beauty while visiting my mechanic and he took one out for a quick test drive in my jeep which made me fall in love with it. Fast forward, and now we're in my garage, blown to pieces, trying to glue the work of an ax out of my kid's hands. The Power Probe is a great tool and incredibly easy to use. I had a red wire that was driving me crazy as to why it wasn't connected to…

seems useful? Best among testers

This tool has gotten a lot of feedback on the internet - it seems there are usually people / technicians who never got it out of their toolbox. It's certainly useful, but I think it's more for being able to enable/test components. There's a lot to note in the instructions, so if you're a casual DIYer like me, you'll need to take it out and use it while reading the instructions to properly understand its usefulness. I think I lived without one for 50 years, but I always enjoy buying tools. Four…
