Battery seems very unsafe. I dont even want to touch it. Appears to have been tampered with using a flathead screwdriver? Create a giant electric arch when plugging in cable.

After buying this item, I charged it up, and then put it in a box for usage later. 2 months later, I pulled it out of the box, using the provided power connector, it's sparking when I plug in the barrel connector. I'm no electrical engineer, but this can't be safe? The plug and device both show a transfer of 29.4 volts / 0.8A. I don't get it.

Just received mine today, no user manual, no yellow ended cable, no splitter. Received battery, white wall charger, And a small black wire. I have no idea how to charge this thing. It’s going back!

Really helpful that this battery supports 5V, 12V and 24V outputs. Charges quickly and ships with all the required cables to power different devices. I get extremely long life out of every charge and use this for field testing 24V low-power devices. Solidly built, no issues with it getting damaged.

I am using it to power an ice air conditioner in a small airplane. This battery pack allows me to run the a/c before we start the engine. It had loads of power, is light in weight and performs just as they describe. It's about as long as a pen. The USB port is handy as well. Unfortunately that USB port is only 2 amps. It also has an output for 12 volts but I have not had a need to try it yet. So far I have no complaints at all.

I was using this to power an LED light panel for use with video recording. It worked fine for a couple months and then wouldn't charge. Now it's just a brick.
