Easy to use - just plug and play. The sound is good for a small speaker. I bought it for 2 uses: 1) for more volume in my home gym with fans (there's a computer/monitor in there for watching TV, work, etc.) and 2) to use with a Roku Stick on a monitor without speakers . This will probably work if you just want Zoom meeting audio or similar. If you want this for music you play at more than low volume, it's terrible. The problem with this speaker is that it is designed to be placed on the computer. It doesn't snap into place, it just sits on the screen with a plastic foot on the back, which I assume was meant to stabilize it. No, it does not work. I started with five stars and kept going. The sound is definitely a 5. It's MUCH louder than the pathetic Beatsaudio speakers on my HP laptop and not really tinny at all.
