This is exactly what I needed. Super loud not quite semi truck loud but definitely cop loud! This will gather you some odd looks.

Did I need to put a cop horn on my truck? NO. Did I put one on it anyway? You bet your sweet Billy I did! This thing is loud and amazing. I noticed in cold weather it isn't as loud, which is weird. However, it is still loud enough that people actually react to it instead of still doing dumb stuff on the road.

Exactly what I wanted. Easy install, only took 1.5 hours. A majority of that was deciding on where to mount the speaker. Definitely would buy again.

I was hoping for an electronic horn like those used by the siren boxes. It is similar but not the same tone. The 100 watt speaker is ok but overly loud. Install wasn't easy and had it professionally installed. The momentary switch is a rocker style. Probably better served to be push square or round.

Still going strong! 7 months so far no issues gets wet muddy dusty. Wired as it says just had to find which was active horn wire for me it was black wire in horn harness connected to yellow wire and horn works off oem horn switch on steering wheel.Still going strong work great loud enough to be heard. For the price it works great very happy with it over all. Goes off with my alarm because its weird in yupp OEM horn signal which I like.

I purchased one of these in spite of other people's feedback about low sound levels, so I tested this unit as soon as it came in. Mine is plenty loud; certainly louder than the stock horn on my F150. This is my first air horn and the install was super easy. It's pretty loud and people hear it. Not as loud as AMR or FIRE since they have dual speakers here in cali but its not like I'm driving down the road holding the horn. I used my own momentary switch and just hooked it up to my blue sea fuse box under the hood. Great quality and the construction is pretty solid.

After returning the first Lamphus air horn, I received the second one and it burned up. Normal use and professional install. The fuse didn't even blow. The unit just burned. Junk.

Let's face it, people just do not respond to standard car horns anymore. I actually got this to replace a motorcycle horn (overkill, but worth it) but wanted to install on my car first to test it out (bike isn't available yet). It is VERY effective.As for ease to install, that depends on your application. Easy install, heavy duty speaker. Instructions not as clear on how to hookup bypass but I overcame , I adapted. Positive hookup not ground for bypass. don't use as a toy just to scare people!

Had to modify mounting brackets to make it fit just right, box draws power when car is off if hardwired to battery, make sure you wire main power to Accessory power so it turns off when key is off

It worked off and on for about 5 weeks. It killed my battery because the box that powers the horn wouldn't always power off. I had it professionally installed and it still was iffy at best. It also sounds like a robot noise.

Super easy install, very loud and fun. I got tired of replacing the $30 air horn set up I had under my hood every year so I popped for this, could not be happier. Sits perfectly behind the grill of my Jeep and provides what I need and what, a startling and loud tone.UPDATE: I put this in my Wrangler, it only sees use 6 months a year. this horn failed already. when using the momentary switch provided by the manufacturer all it does it give a very short, less than one second, "Chirp".

When it worked, it sounded great. First one lasted two weeks. Second one lasted two hours. Third one won't work. Your money would be better spent on a howler monkey. Even with the cost of bananas, you'll still come out ahead.

First, for the money this is definitely worth EVERY penny and it exceeded my expectations.
