Using this product, our team found that these night splints were very uncomfortable to wear and caused more pain than relief. The straps were difficult to adjust and would often come undone during use. The only pro was that they did seem to keep the foot in a neutral position. However, in our Industrial and Scientific workplace, we need a night splint that is both effective and comfortable, and this product did not meet those requirements.

I like the powerstep inserts so I really hoped I would like this hoop. Unfortunately it's too tight (and I wear a 7, right in the middle of the given range). The calf and ankle straps are fine, but the toe and toe straps need to be noticeably snug to close. The problem is that one of the straps only has velcro.
