Great for Converse Good for Insole

They allow me to wear Converse and other types of flats, old school shoes. I have a typical flat foot problem that makes people buy arch supports. I've been using Powerstep Original and Pinnacle in all my athletic and casual shoes for years. However, these styles take up too much space in Converse or similar. The 3/4 length is perfect, supports the midfoot and doesn't pinch the toes. If you're looking for extra support for tighter shoes, look no further.

Better than most orthotics and well worth the price.

My orthopedic specialist Mayo recommends this brand of OTC orthopedic insoles and he was right. I just received mine today and put them on in casual shoes and went shopping at the big stores with limited or reduced pain compared to my usual pain. Great. For me, any reduction in leg pain is a win. Definitely better than most cheap orthotics sold in big stores. I can really recommend this product. Their customer service is asking for suggestions and they responded quickly. That's not what theyโ€ฆ

Surprisingly comfortable.

My podiatrist recommended I wear it in flat shoes without removing the insoles which can be removed. So far I've worn them in 3 very different flats for a full day each. They were very comfortable. I thought they might hurt because most shoes with arch support hurt. To my surprise, the arch support of these insoles is not painful. They don't slide forward either. One of the downsides is that they lift the foot a lot so I can't wear them in some shoes. They press my feet too hard on the top ofโ€ฆ

I loved them until they fell apart

I have flat feet and was very happy to get them because of all the good reviews. The shape of the orthopedic insole looks great, but the blue pillow is very cheap. My first observation was that the blue pad had been hastily cut around the heel and placed unevenly over the orthotics. It didn't really bother me until literally the second day of use the blue pillow started falling off. (First photo). After a week it got so uncomfortable it was folding under my foot that I just took the rest offโ€ฆ

Very good with two limitations

I have had arch pain for several months because I wear flat shoes to work. It's bad enough that it sometimes wakes me up at night. They match my shoes very well and got rid of the pain in just one day. My legs feel great and I will definitely order them again. Other insoles I have tried lift the foot too high to be worn flat. The 3/4 design solves this problem. Two caveats: 1) When I walk fast, they slip off the heel of my shoes. It's not a big or uncomfortable issue, and it's easy to fix byโ€ฆ

Not suitable for low profile shoes

I have a fairly normal foot and don't usually wear special insoles in shoes, but I bought ballet flats and wanted a little more cushioning in them. This PowerStep model was recommended to me because of the brand and style of the shoe. Pros: I really like the firm arch support. Standing up straight, the insoles provided comfortable support and felt natural on my foot. Cons - The insole height was not appropriate for the low profile of this shoe. Where standing still was great, with every stepโ€ฆ

So love her so much!

Recommended by my orthopedist. You are not here to read about my problems with plantar fasciitis but this is sure to be of great help. You will probably notice them on your shoes the first time you use them. I was concerned that I would have a "dowel run" feeling in my bows. After a few hours of these supports taking the pressure off my plantar fascia, I began to feel comfortable. I now find shoes without these insoles uncomfortable and my heel and ankle pain has been reduced by 85-90% (almostโ€ฆ

I can't live without them **UPDATE August 28, 2019** NOT THE SAME

These are by far the best orthotics I have ever used. I have Morton's neuroma on one leg, which I've practically forgotten since I got sick a few years ago. I mostly wear flats, but they work with the few pairs of low heels I wear occasionally. I've had a pair for years and only replace them because the blue lining has worn out. The black foam pad protrudes slightly beyond the white plastic overlay. As I took off my shoes, I learned to loosen the laces enough that I could lift the arch of theโ€ฆ
