Love it (only need 3 small screws not included to attach the vacuum).

I love the sand, the build quality is excellent. However, the 3 small screws for attaching the vacuum cleaner are missing. to a disc grinder. I hope they ship as the correct thread size means the machine will take the correct size screw.

noisy bearings - Sanders

My original 1x30 belt sander was a Delta and has lasted me for over 20 years. The version of Wen I bought from Revain had one of the plastic wheels cracked after a year and the belt alignment device kept falling apart. I have a powertec to replace this and it is very noisy. I was also able to remove the shield on a 5" disc sander, but neither can. I doubt either of these are any better than what you can buy at Harbor Freight, so I'd try that instead and spend a few bucks save up.

Get what you pay for

Missing parts, poorly formed plastic, poorly placed dust holes make this a bad buy. this is sand That's why I bought it. I need to buy the missing part and can't use the extra dust bag for the 5 inch wheel. The plastic hasn't been molded properly so it doesn't line up with the screw holes, it's missing the 5/8" mark. Huge mistake. However everything works because if I could attach this dust port it would interfere with the right table adjustment knob. So instead I settle for knees covered inโ€ฆ
