Poor suction, the most important feature of a vacuum cleaner is high suction. This vacuum cleaner has a medium to low suction power and quickly wears off with use.

Pros: Handles dirt very well. Comfortable to wear Cons: Overheats after 10 minutes, then you have to stop and let it cool down or it won't turn on. The filter must be cleaned constantly, otherwise it loses a lot of suction power. For the price I would have expected better

Completely broken after 13 months, just after the 12 month warranty expired. Electricity and cable stopped working. It worked fine last year, but the latches still didn't work and we've had to tape a lot of parts to keep it running for the past few months. I probably should have returned sooner. Just had to buy another vacuum cleaner hoping for better results.

This vacuum cleaner has a very strong suction power and is the highlight of the product. The backpack portion of the canister is very well set up with easy on/off switch access, an adjustable fit, and ergonomic features. The problem I have with this vacuum is the C-ring in the hose that holds the attachments to the hose. .
