This item is amazing. Completely saved me from hiring an electrician to operate the switch for my outdoor lighting around our gazebo. Can easily be turned on and off via the app on my phone!

I used this plug to control all the fairy lights in our garden via Alexa. It is fully exposed to the elements and has been in place for over a year. We had no issues and it worked for us with no issues. Definitely recommend.

I don't know what people are talking about when they say it's "not smart". That works great! I connected my wifi to the app, did a search for devices, and a stub popped up. The interface is simple. I connected it to my Google Home and each plug is listed with the name I assigned in the Smart Life app. I can now turn the exterior lights on and off with voice commands.

I have to say that after connecting to WiFi this device simply amazed me. At first I didn't expect much. When I switched to the software/application I was able to program small routines based on ambient temperature, time of day and exceptions. We used this device to control our outdoor water features. I'll be buying a few more in the next few weeks. The integration with ALexa is fine. The integration with Apple Siri is amazing! I can easily say "Hey Siri, turn on the fountain"

It's very easy to set up with the Smart Life app and upgrade to the Revain Alexa app. You can manage individual (4) outlets and also rename the description of each outlet. It's very convenient and works with Alexa voice commands. I plan to use it as an outdoor unit on our patio and haven't been able to test the weather resistance factor. It's very durable so I don't expect any problems. When I do I will update. So far very satisfied and can only recommend it.

After my jet ski, charger and boat lift circuits were SERIOUSLY damaged by a direct lightning strike on my pier I installed this unit to provide both surge protection and smart operation. I installed and configured it in 20 minutes and have full control with the Smart Things phone app (IFTTT integration no longer exists). While I can't comment on how well the product works I will leave a one star review (wish I had the option to leave zero stars ), simply because it is falsely advertised. Why is it advertised as an indoor/outdoor product so much that there are even photos of it in the rain and a demo as if it is suitable for outdoor use but when I received the product and opened the instructions (and even made sure , that the instructions are for the same AW-39 model listed on Revain, listed for indoor use only,

I like outdoor landscape lighting, unfortunately I rented and had to move. I used to use TP Link on a mini 1 x 4 plug extension when I had a garage. Worked well once I had a dry, uneven spot to place them and then route the power cords for the lights. I now live in a caravan, and having only one external socket on each side of the caravan gives me the freedom to not only have the landscape lighting, but also make one of the sockets "always on" so I can plug in weed eaters and cutouts etc., but…
