great customer support, friendly and helpful staff

I like how easy it was for me as well my team members were able to get up quickly with using this software without any training or experience needed from our side! There are some minor bugs here n there but nothing major at all so far we have not encountered anything bad about us yet!! The best part of having helpedmaster in place within your organization has been their quick response time when ever you need them they respond very fast always happy to assist if i had question regarding…

Very user friendly and pretty intuitive interface along

I like how easy it was for me as someone who has no previous experience in this area of software application design or implementation (and even less with computer programming) - so far everything seems very simple! The documentation could be better though because there are some things which aren't clearly explained within them yet still need to know about/learn before using properly. Flexible User Friendly Software that greatly benefits organizations

The ease of using all aspects (ticketing system-helpdesk)of this software has been great for our organization! I like how it can be customized according to your needs; very intuitive in use & easy setup process which makes training super quick & less error prone when compared with other systems/software available out there at present time.- It's not cheap but definitely worth every penny spent as its extremely useful especially if you have multiple users needing different types or levels…

This software is incredible even if you have no training on it!

I liked how easy it was for my team members who have no formal training in IT or software development tools like this one! It's very intuitive with simple steps needed once you know what your doing (and there are many helpful video tutorials). There could be more options available when creating new tickets/tasks as well sometimes some of them can't even close out properly because they don;'ve been created correctly but not saved yet so we're stuck trying multiple times until finally closing our
