Very good tool - Helps you get insightful feedback from your customers

The best part about PrePost is that it helps us to understand our clients needs better and also gives an opportunity for them to share their ideas with us which help in making sure they are happy with what we deliver as per their expectations. Nothing much to dislike so far as such, but I would like to see some more options available for customization. We use PrePost primarily for website designing services. A bit of a learning curve to start, but it's nice to have that visibility

I like that it allows me to see my progress as well as what's coming up in each test so far. It can be difficult at times if you are not very familiar with testing or have never done this kind of thing before - but once you get used to how things flow (or don't) then it is easy enough for anyone! The interface could use some more polish and make-over though - maybe even consider going back to using something other than Adobe products? We're trying out different types of tests now which has…

Great software and customer friendly staff

I like that it is an all in one service for my business needs to keep track of everything related to our designs. The support team at PrePost can be difficult when you don’t understand their system or have trouble finding what they are looking for so make sure someone from your side knows how these products/systems works before going live with them! They do offer some free services but not enough if this isn't something where there's lots of potential benefit (i.e. marketing). We need help…
