PrefMe - Booking system made simple

I love this because it makes my process so much easier when checking in with multiple people at once, which is quite cumbersome currently! Also having something where you can put your info as well in case of an emergency or if someone forgets their card. That way they don't have to look up all that information again later. Still getting used but overall very good product. When adding cards for people like me who checkin frequently we've found some problems with keeping track of our…

Very beneficial tool and saves time

I like that it is easy for us as staff members at our hotel (The Westin Toronto Airport) because we can make changes directly from within prefMe without having direct communication with each guest's phone number or email address! It has been very helpful in streamlining processes when adding new rooms/guests into existing reservations systems which are not always 100% accurate due to human error etc.. We have had issues where some of my employees would accidentally add an extra room instead so…
