The color was perfect for our new granite appliances. Was packaged carefully and was a great price compared to others I looked at. Excellent quality!

The teapot fell apart. The stews fell out and could not be screwed back in due to the design of the spout. I had to throw it away after 5 months. That was wonderful.

After about a month of using this product, the kettle stopped whistling and after a couple of weeks the entire valve of the spout melted. The handle gets very hot and wobbles, and I'm not sure it won't fall apart completely on mine. Not worth the money. The only good thing about it is the color of the teapot. Very disappointed.

I bought it as a gift and I was disappointed. It comes with multiple chips and is very light. It says it's stainless steel, and it probably is. I don't expect it to last long as the steel is so thin and I'm almost ashamed to give it away. I thought Backlack would be more resistant to chipping, but I was wrong. He has a nice shape.

Two stars is generosity. It arrived in a very pretty blue color and that's all it has. I replaced an old one I've had for a few years and when I took this one out of the box it almost hit the ceiling. It's very light and very thin. Unexpectedly thin. I had it for about a month? And he started to fade. A beautiful blue fades into olive green/gold in places. Very cheap kettle. yes it boils water But it won't take very long.

We're experienced kettle users so I know when they're as poorly constructed as this one. Non-metallic parts tend to melt. The whistle/neck cap melted in a few days causing the whistle to fail. We can live with that, but now it's more melted and you can't safely use it to pour water. The spout itself also spits out drops of boiling water in all directions. . The center burner stays on the bottom edge, but that's still too much heat for the cheap materials used here. AVOID!
