High-Flying Independence: Parafoil 5 Kite - Patriotic Review

This was bought for my six year old grandson. He loves to; works well, flies high; and it wasn't difficult for him to learn how to use it.

This kite comes in a compact bag also in the Patriotic red, white and blue colours. Just attach the red, white and blue straps and it's ready to fly. It flew easily and looked great in the blue sky. This is now my favorite kite for a hike!

Easy assembly and disassembly, works very well; really easy to keep in the air. I liked the spool that the string is stretched on. I wish I could fly it while filming; If a bald eagle came to check it out (and made me think for a few seconds what I would do if it got tangled in the rope) it would be a cool picture.

Best kite purchase I have ever made! Some of the main reasons I bought this kite. - Homeland - Easy to store away - NO PLASTIC RODS TO REMOVE! Simply fold it up and put it back into the supplied bag. Supplied with 500 feet of rope. Judging by the reviews, he flies as soon as the wind picks up. IT REALLY IS!

This is a good kite for the beach or a picnic in the park. It has no spars, so if it falls on someone, neither the person nor the kite will be hurt. I will also be using the kite to catch a kite from a boat and my only issue with this kite for this purpose is the very long 15ft tail which would be difficult to handle from a boat. The kite packs into a small bag and fits easily in a beach bag or picnic basket.

Bought this as a Father's Day gift. I know one of my dads used it and got good results. It flew well in light winds, the string is quality and on a big wheel. It came in a nice sturdy holdall (throw it in the trunk! That'll have it when you want it!) and you can really use it after use put everything back in your pocket. OK. :0) Quality product. Beautiful colors, it comes with a tail that needs to be attached for good flight.

This is my second parafoil kite. When I received it I was impressed with its quality and craftsmanship, not to mention its design and performance. No hard parts, no assembly required; Simply attach the sling to the kite and you're done. The material appears to be no porosity ripstop nylon with a lot of attention paid to edges, stitching etc. I wasn't expecting to get a very good reel of quality kite line so that was an amazing bonus.
