I've been looking for a replacement for the well known name brand art pencils since they changed them for the worse a few years ago. These are good pencils, but they are not that replacement.The colors are bright and saturated.The core is big and medium hard, not soft as stated. I just got these and have been messing around with them. They're REALLY good! They have a nice weight to them and feel nice in the hand. They're vibrant and smooth. They have the color name and number as well as a color chart on the back of the lid. Packaged in a very nice tin box that is sturdy and attractive. I have sharpened a few and had no breakage at all. Love that it comes with a very nice box and storage. The colors are vivid and beautiful. I use sit for my coloring book and card making. I am a beginner at color pencil drawing, and I really like how those colors can blend with each other. It says the colors are rich and vivid, but I personally think it’s more soft colors. The only thing that might needs to watch out for is the softness of the lead. Sometimes it breaks easily, just need to be gentle.Recommended it !

These colored pencils are a lot of fun to work with. The texture adheres to paper well and the colors blend and layer to create rich designs. I haven’t had any leads break and the sharpen easily. I use these for quilt design in my sketchbook and love the deep colors I can get.They work smoothly on sketch paper.This box contains a huge variety of colors.They keep their points well and sharpen well without excessive breakage. Cheap ones break and can't be sharpened well because the tips keep breaking off.The tin is great for gifting and the three trays inside hold all the pencils in order.

It has a really high-end feel with its metal case with a color chart printed on the inside, three trays of premium-looking pencils and a pretty hefty feel when holding it in the hand. These pencils have good coverage and with the soft-core lead, blending between colors is possible. I got this for my daughter as she recently got into coloring. It has a ton of colors and looks very professional. The color comes out very bright and would make a great gift.

The cost of both sketchbooks and the 72 colored pencils (both items on sale) was a good deal! The sketchbooks were of a better quality than I had expected. I have barely used the pencils, so I can't give a better rating, but I think I will be very pleased ultimately!

The assortment of colors is incredible. They write nice and smooth. The tin case they come with is also great- makes putting them away easy and keeps them neat and tidy. You get 3 racks of pencils and they are all housed in a thin case. Great product!

I've been using these to make art alongside my students, and they haven't disappointed. They blend very well, and the pigments are rich. There are a ton of colors to choose from, and I've never found myself wanting something that this kit didn't have. Highly recommended product.

Great pencils! Only complaint is they were sharpened to a blunt tip to fit into the box, so I had to sharpen them all before using them. But very pigmented. Great color!

These pencils are very nice. They are smooth with no scratchiness and seem to layer just fine. I blended them with a colorless blender and the color reacted well. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase.
