I ordered this powered USB hub because it delivers 2.5A per port at the same time no matter how many devices are connected. Most powerful hubs will not do this. This has reduced the cumulative load on my computer's USB. I liked it so much that I bought four of them, one of which I only use as a bedside charger.

I bought this item because I needed powered USB 3.0 for my laptop. Some peripherals required special power supplies. Everything was clear in the box: hub, power adapter for the hub, USB cable. It was easy to set up and my Windows 10 laptop worked with it without any issues.

I'm glad this product is metal and has 10 ports of 2.5 amps each for charging. However, I am frustrated that not all of my USB 3.0 ports transfer data. The USB to SD card converter doesn't work and the camera capture card doesn't work either. For having a USB hub for that much money I wouldn't buy it.

A lot more USB ports are needed these days. Finally hung on the wall instead of two or three small multi-channel hubs around my desk. great product at a good price

Difficult to keep 4 or more USB devices connected for charging and data transfer. I don't know what it is, but at some point the devices give you data but stop loading, or it seems like there is data but there seems to be fragmentary transmission results. This hub seems to conquer everything. I can keep many devices connected, all charged, all with good data transfer. BUT! There is a major downside in that when it gets hot and the fan kicks on, the fan goes on a crazy HOIL that pierces your…

Excellent hub and worth the money. I don't have any whirring fan noise, but then again it's only been a few months. I've used it as my main host for PC communication and file transfer, so it's relatively easy to use. My only two negatives for this are the power supply and the LEDs. It's about the same size as the hub itself (maybe a few inches thinner, but about the same length) and is quite a hassle to hide when the hub is bolted to the back of my desk. This hub convinced me! Keep in mind that this is a large device, but it's designed to be placed on a flat surface. I haven't heard the fan turn on yet, although I'm still a long way from filling every USB port. be sure to update this review) I would recommend as a quality product well worth the extra money compared to most "plastic strap" style bushings which typically sell for less.
