I had it installed at the Jeep dealer and right away, we're new, something was wrong. The fuel gauge needle showed empty when the tank was full. Sensor aside, it seemed to be working fine until I was a few miles from the dealer when it stopped. The pressure test showed no fuel pressure. kicked the tank and it started but lost pressure again. Piece of shit.

Ordered late Saturday night and received around 6pm the next day. Plenty of time to install. I was very nervous about this fuel pump for such a low price but it works as intended. I installed it on my sporty 2000 Jeep Cherokee with a straight-six engine. Fixed my problem with fuel return to tank and very long engine start. Now, after installation, turn the key and off you go. The 1999 Cherokee XJ offers excellent value for money. I save over $100 compared to buying an OEM. Fits perfectly, connector looks (most likely) OEM. I lost pressure in the fuel rail which made the jeep difficult to start. After replacing the fuel pump, it starts immediately. Putting down the fuel tank was certainly "fun".
