Where can I find manuals for this product? He came up with NONE. We're also not sure what the smaller screws are for. We used it for the first time today and we've already had to stop and reset. The guide will be helpful.

Product arrived damaged. The plastic sling guides were broken and could be a potential problem in the long run. I like the design but didn't order a replacement for fear the plastic parts would break.

Purchased to tow a kayak for trips on lakes and rivers. The block came fully assembled and ready for cross members. It installed quickly despite the lack of instructions (apparently they weren't needed). My only question is why did they include eight locking nuts in the kit?

This roof rack is pre-assembled and all you have to do with it is screw it to your trunk. The ratchet straps that come with the rack work very well, although it took me a bit to figure out which way to attach them to my kayak for easier use. I felt my kayak was very secure with the rack and straps and the straps did not come loose during the 1.5 hour trip. The stand can be folded flat to give you more headroom.
