Hard to get in and out of

I tried to use it 3 times and I got all twisted up in it. It was very awkward to get in and out of in a hurry like when you need to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night

Pros
  • Fits all standard size sleeping bags with ease
Cons
  • May not be as easy to pack as other sleeping bag liners

Soft but too thin for the rugged backpacker

Unfortunately I had to return this as I didn't like how thin the fabric was, it seemed like it would rip easily. I have one from many years ago and it is a way higher quality but twice the price, so you get what you pay for.

Pros
  • No need to wash your sleeping bag as often when you use this liner
Cons
  • May not be as durable as other sleeping bag liners

Doesn't feel like real silk

This will probably work just fine. A couple of minor issues: first the scent of perfume was so strong, I had to wash it immediately. Second, there are NO washing instructions at all. Even the web description only says machine washable. It is pretty thin, which means it may not work for what I purchased it for: something to protect me from hotel bedsheets and what is probably on them! And finally, I have a hard time believing this is true silk. I have a mulberry silk pillowcase, and it feels REAL,

Pros
  • Adds warmth to your sleeping bag, making it perfect for camping in colder temperatures
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people who prefer a firmer texture

Simple thin silk liner. Super light

Very thin. I wanted it strictly as a sleeping bag liner, so perfect for that. Don't expect it to add any degrees to your sleeping bag's rating. So far it has worked exactly as planned.

Pros
  • Provides a silky smooth surface for optimal comfort and relaxation
Cons
  • May have limited availability in certain regions

Recently traveled with this sleep sack and I really enjoyed it. Easy to pack, lightweight, didn't take up much space in the suitcase, etc. I wish there was a way to secure the flap shut while sleeping, and perhaps that the opening went a little bit lower, but other than that, it was exactly what I needed. It lifted the temperature by just a bit (silk is great like that) so sleeping was comfortable. You can wash it in cold water in a little mesh lingerie washing bag and then hang it to dry. Be…

Pros
  • Provides a luxurious touch to your outdoor adventures
Cons
  • May not be ideal for use during extended camping trips

As expected, thin but soft and warm enough

Update. Have owned for 90 days. Used at least 2/3 of time for light sleeping. Purchased a 2nd one already. Boys used them on a hike to 40degree nights and were happy with the warmth it added to their bags. We are using on an upcoming trip both in the car and in the hotels. Really liking these! No rips or tears - I'm pleasantly surprised.Thin and comfortable. Been using on the couch during surgery recovery. I am sending with one of the kids for a sleeping bag liner on an upcoming scout hike…

Pros
  • Liners
Cons
  • Can be difficult to clean and care for

Not 100% silk good for me

I know real silk when I feel it and the liner I received is absolutely *not* 100% silk, nor was it labeled as such anywhere on the actual item or packaging. (Silk with no care instructions? Really? I think not.)The carry pouch it arrived in actually is real silk but unfortunately only my hand fits into that part so it won’t help for sleeping. This is going back. Seller better check their items for quality control or else update their product listing because fraud is happening somewhere along the

Pros
  • Perfect for travelers who want to add an extra layer of insulation to their sleeping bag
Cons
  • May not provide enough insulation for use in snow

Silky Soft Sleeping At Last

Absolutely fantastic! I lived in SE Asia a few years ago, and while traveling through Vietnam, I picked up one of these silk sleeping bags (I believe it cost me around $5 USD at the time). It quickly became one of my most valued travel items. Unfortunately, somewhere in the several moves and travels since, it was lost. I've tried several other sleep sacks and sleeping bag liners through the years, but nothing compared to my trusty green, SE Asian silk one.Until this one.Immediately upon opening

Pros
  • A must-have for anyone who values comfort and hygiene while camping, hiking, or traveling
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people who prefer a more natural material

This silk sleeping bag is amazingly light and was just the ticket at a recent retreat. I hope it lasts as long as its pleasure in use was high. Its going next to my RV to be used by guests who claim my sofa. Seems well made and the little silk matching bag for is a nice touch. Folded up this thing is about 6x8 inches and is featherweight. What's not to love iif it holds up?

Pros
  • Exactly what I needed, lightweight sleeping bag liner or a sheet liner for a hostel
Cons
  • Difficult to pack and may take up too much space in a backpack

Glad to have it! good for me

It is one thing I would never have on my next camino. So light and easy to wash and dry. I used it with my sleeping bag. It feels like between pj and a blanket. Just loved it!

Pros
  • ‎Peacock Blue
Cons
  • May not provide enough warmth in cold weather

Comfort on Trail best in my review

I had this little luxury while on a 6 night backpacking trip on Isle Royale. It became something I looked forward to slipping into my sleeping bag with the liner. I’m petite & once size fits all does not work well. I wish there was different sizes, adult, youth etc. Youth size like up to 5’ would be all I need. I ended up wrapping the liner on my pillow because I slept better with it next to my head! It also gave an extra degree of warmth on colder nights. Great liner.

Pros
  • Cool and comfy. Good liner for the price point. What I expected.
Cons
  • May slide around in some sleeping bags

Works for me so far.

Very light weight but working great for hot summer nites. I really like the pillow holder encasement so your pillow stays put.

Pros
  • It's thinner material than I expected , But budget silk is what you pay for.
Cons
  • May not fit well in some sleeping bags due to the large size
