fine. I usually only buy Zep products because I know it's a commercial product. This conditioner did not work well on my house's aluminum siding.

I have a Ryobi washing machine and have used it with and without concentrate. Some improvement is observed using the concentrate. It did a good job removing green algae/mold from my sidewalk. However, everything came back within 1 week.

This is an excellent pressure washer fluid concentrate. NO excessive chemical odor and does a great job cleaning concrete. Harder to see on the pavement as shown in my photo but you still look good. An occasional cleaner like this makes a world of difference.

I've always preferred ZEP to MANY big brands. I find that they clean much better than anything else. Zep offers excellent value for money. I recommend this product and all other ZEP products. I think you will find that the ease of use and the cleaning power are superior.

I bought this to clean an old car for the fisher price they gave us. This product did not do any better than a simple pressure washer at removing dirt and mold. I'm very disappointed and not sure how this is supposed to remove mold and mildew from a home if it can't remove some dirt from a plastic car.

I mainly use this for car washes. Place in a foam gun on a pressure washer, mix about 10 parts water to 1 part Zep. The frother dilutes it with another 7 parts water to 1 part Zep. Spray on the car, wait about 4-5 minutes, wash with a pressure washer. Dry the windows so they are free of water stains and allow the paint to air dry. The car looks about 95% after a full hand wash/dry. I wash 4 cars in less than 20 minutes - line them up and work in a row, rinsing one off while the next soaks. For…
