I have a 3M version of the wide tape that I really like but lost it and tried this brand. It's nowhere near as good as 3M tape. This tape is thicker but not as sticky and stretchy as other brands. I'll find a use for it, but I'll use a different tape for my electrical and automotive purposes.

I bought this ribbon in early 2019, it's the best ribbon I've ever bought, but I found that it's made in Taiwan. I just bought another roll a few days ago and received it today and I am disappointed that it is of much lower quality and also much thinner. It's also now made in China instead of Taiwan. Very disappointed. The thickness is definitely not more than 7 mils. Maybe 2 or 3.
