Disappointing Quality

I purchased this window regulator for my Infiniti, hoping for a quick fix. Automotive compatibility seemed promising, however, upon installation, the motor struggled and made grinding noises .Through trial and error I found that the wiring was not up to par. It's disappointing to spend money on a product that ultimately fails to function properly..
