🔌 A-Premium Power Window Regulator with Motor: Buick LeSabre 2000-2005 Front Left Driver Side Replacement Review

I received this in a damaged box but the contents were not damaged and instructions were included. It was a much better product than what I bought at my local auto parts store which ended up not fitting properly.

I got a window regulator for my Buick Lesabre '04. It matched exactly what I removed from the passenger door and all fasteners came with a new adjuster. The motor plug went straight in and the window worked great once everything was closed and the key on. Replacing the controller is strongly recommended.

Easy to install even in freezing weather. The only caveat I think the installer should be aware of is that the connector is now no longer on the 4" pigtail but adds the motor part. The installer is advised to attach the connection cable to the motor housing so that it does not interfere with the window when it moves.

This assembly was exactly what it was supposed to be on the assembly line. Slipped right in. Connected to the window in seconds. I spent more time finding and ordering the part than installing it. The fastest thing I've ever done. I'll let you know how durable the motor is in a while, but if it runs as smoothly as it was put together, you'll get all the stars from me. I hope I'm not too hasty.

Used on my 2001 Buick LeSabre. I have to order the other side as the factory sides will not survive the rest of the car. I made about six door adjusters for this LeSabre era. This particular one has been slightly modified and snapped into place without worrying about gaps. The wiring harness is also stuck. It took about two hours on a cold day with bad weather. You will need a good way to remove the door skin, tape for the window and a 10mm socket for fasteners.

This is a simple fix that anyone can do. Garages charge between $150 and $250 for this work. A few bolts, a few nuts and replace the old one. No special tools are required. This window regulator fits exactly like the original and works like new. It is even made of high quality material. In less than an hour I had a fully working window again. Logged in very quickly. I replaced my part of them and while they are all basically the same and doomed to failure due to plastic pulleys, this one was an improvement on stud bolts. The last thing I did was very weak and one of them came loose, prompting me to improvise with a drill. This thing was empty. If you've never done this repair before and are doubting your abilities, give it a try. It's really not difficult. A-Premium definitely had the best promotional presentation of any competitor.
