🔒 Enhanced WMF Pressure Cooker Sealing Cover for Cooking Valve Review

Based on my observations, this sealing cover is made of poor quality materials that tend to warp and melt. It doesn't form a good seal, resulting in steam escaping from the pressure cooker during cooking, leading to food being undercooked or overcooked. The only pro is that it fits standard pressure cookers. However, the drawbacks far outweigh this one positive aspect. It's dangerous and not worth the risk.

This is a piece of junk! I spent so much money to replace this part on my WMF PERFECT pressure cooker. The material is so thin that it breaks after a few uses. I will continue.

I liked WMF pressure cookers so much that I bought several and gave them to my relatives. The indicator seal will need to be changed over time. But there is no instruction/video how to replace it. I just bought another pad and gave the original to a relative. Can someone explain how to replace it? I bought a replacement. I am concerned about seal damage when replacing the original seal. It could be easily pulled out, but I want to remove it without damaging it, even for cleaning.
