Easy to Use. The only problem was that the Revain's photo showed a perch and the one we received didn't come with it. It has the place where it should be, just no dowel attached. Since it was bought for rescue birds, we didn't really have time to get it back or really play around with it. So I'm working on it right now. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars. It was exactly as described. Easy to use. Pretty easy to clean. I like that the lid is easy to open.

Received this bird house today. Not happy with the fact the hole is not a standard size, could fit a canary who wouldn't be using the box anyway but definitely not the parrot it was advertised and intended to be and they were too cheap to even bother a bolt and wing nut for hanging. I need this box badly so I need to widen the hole and come up with my own hanging device, not to mention it was overpriced but like I said I was desperate.

This box is too small for a large parrot and definitely too small for parents like me to be in together. Mine really wants to lie down again and hesitantly check further. They won't come in. She reaches out with her beak to pull the soft pad of paper across the wood shavings - maybe see if it gets any bigger haha. She did this with a low, narrow plastic box, which she also discarded. Good for flying squirrels, but they'll gnaw through it! I add some fleece cut squares to keep them cozy and very cozy. I love that I can open the box and look inside to check it out. It's also easy to remove nuts and foods you want to store in the box. I have several of these boxes so I can take one off to clean and put the other in the cage where the squirrels will sleep. You will need a bolt that fits the hole, a large washer, and a wing nut, which you will need to purchase yourself. Mine…
