Have used the egg piercer twice and it works great. I thought that maybe the needle used to pierce the egg was a little short but today when I used it all my eggs were cleaned perfectly. Like stainless steel, good quality. I recommend this product.

About 15 years ago I couldn't find any of this in the US. Found them in a department store in Paris and brought 4 with me. I gave 1 away and have used the other ever since. The other 2 are still in their boxes in the desk drawer. After 15 years mine works great. I don't wash it in the dishwasher or put it in water. I wipe the needle with a damp paper towel and dry it well after each use, then store it in a small plastic bag. I think the price here is very good. I remember paying 7 or 8 euros…
