I bought this windproof vest for cycling and it fits me perfectly. You may need to downsize if you don't want to be baggy or loose. I'm 5'11", so medium was a one-size-fits-all sniffer for me. Would buy again for a great price.

This is an amazing product. Perfect for day rides when it gets colder in the morning but a little warmer during the day. Perfect fit and very light. The rear zip pocket is a great addition. However, I have 1 problem with it. For some reason, the flash keeps gnawing away at the inner protective fabric of the flash. It hangs and cannot zip or unzip until I force open it. Very annoying when you ride a bike and let in a little air. Luckily I haven't ripped it open and broken the zipper yet.
