Heavy Duty Training Leash

I already have a 5 foot version of this leash. This is the perfect length for walking/training! Convenient entry and exit from the car! (I have a pickup). You want that! I use this with my 60lb Australian Shepherd and it works like a charm!

Good Leash: Training and Behavior Guide

Love the length and quality of this leash. The only downside I found was that the clasp is so strong and secure that the clasp kept hitting her in the shoulder when we started walking on the 'slack lead'. I gently draped part of the leash across her back and it provided just enough support to reduce the pounding. Impressed with the thickness of the material and the strength of the stitching. The shorter handle is also incredibly comfortable.

Great leash! - Dogs

I never thought I would have to write a review for a dog leash, but here we are. It's durable, the short handle really helps control my monster in tight situations and the entire leash is long enough for me to give him more freedom when he's feeling good. At first I thought the bottom handle would get in the way and bother me, but it's light and I don't even notice it until I need it. Overall it's mostly perfect in terms of lines. LOVE LOVE LOVE this leash!

I have an 88 pound Collie and he is trained to be my companion dog. I was looking for a good "off duty" leash that would allow good control of the dog but also allow for "free sniffing time". The extra 2 feet made a difference. He can walk a bit more, so now he knows the difference between when he's working and when he's not. The BEST leash I have ever had - just the right size for your dog! (Very long, just for a super big dog!)
