Nice Looking Screws

These screws have very distinctive threads and are Parker coated. The most beautiful drywall screws I've ever seen. Good value for money. I'm happy with them.

Pros
  • Drywall Screws
Cons
  • No Instructions

not bad but packet of oil

Medium drywall screw, although the shank looks a little thinner. Good sharp ends. Again from China and in a thick plastic bag soaked in machine oil. Place them in a colander, spray with citrus degreaser, then rinse with hot water. Future rust is acceptable although the bolts are black like other bolts. Gave them back. After washing, the screws are badly rusted. Light red rust. I can use them but not sure if the rust will seep through the sealant and paint.

Pros
  • Industrial & Scientific
Cons
  • Slightly chipped

DO NOT BUY - HEADS LOCKED EASILY

I stopped what I was doing to write this. TWICE the head broke off the bolt when hand tightened. I should have stopped after it happened the first time but I figured it was just an accident. Well it just broke halfway through the install so now I have to drill out a screw and what should have been a quick five minute job now takes about an hour to fix the damage. I'm throwing away the rest of the box and highly recommend buying the screws elsewhere. Whatever money it saves you, you make up for…
