A decent security solution

They're doing their job. They're not very durable, but neither is the price, so no complaints. They are very easy to use and a good solution for storing long blind cords out of the reach of small children. They are best used to wrap the bottom of the cable so you can grab the cable over it to work blind. If you pull the cord underneath, they can pop out or unravel the cord in some way.

  • Industrial & Scientific

Don't worry

The line should be easy to twist and coil. Two of us couldn't handle it and had to wind the cable by hand. My blinds are so long that the cable problem has not been solved. I had to leave the cord long enough to be able to pull up and down behind the blinds, but then the cord hung low enough for my toddler to reach. DO NOT buy these if you have any intention of ever pulling the blinds up, they just keep the cord up and out of the way when you are about to open the blinds.

Pros
  • Nail hook
Cons
