Fits my 2001 Silverado 5.3 Z71 1500. I put an old radiator drain valve in it. I bought it from Pep Boys so I could connect the drain hose when draining. The transcooler connections from the old cooler fit the new one. The case leaves a gap on the left and right. After installing the cooler I had to fix this and that.
