The seal in the handle fell apart when I was washing the jug. Without a seal, it leaks out of the handle. I contacted Revain and 30 days after purchase was told to contact the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer and asked for a new gasket but never received a response. I tried using the extra spacer that came with my ball. The jug no longer leaks but the gasket is a different thickness so the handle doesn't line up and I can't use the door shelf in the fridge.

love this pitcher! Light weight and a lip you can hold on your thumb when wearing or shaking which is very important as I have carpal tunnel syndrome and my wrists are weak. The lid with handle fits snugly, as does the filler neck, not a single drop spills out when you shake it! An added bonus is that its shape is oval rather than round and takes up less space on my fridge shelf. I don't even boil the water, I just let it steep at room temperature overnight, then sweeten it and add lemon.

I drink 3 liters of iced tea a day all year round so my old Mr. Coffee is used up. I doubted it, but Revain comes back so easily I figured I'd at least try. I love it! Firstly, the taste of cold brew tea seems to be much higher than that of hot brew system. Second, it's super easy. I just load up the tea, fill the pitcher with water and put it in the fridge overnight. Phew, I fill my liter jugs in the morning and drive through the whole day! This pitcher was perfect for making a gallon of iced tea. I put it in the dishwasher and had trouble getting it in so I prefer to hand wash it now.
