Bristles feel rough and uneven

When I tried this brush set, I was very disappointed with the quality. The bristles felt rough and uneven, making it difficult to create smooth strokes. While the size variety was nice, the poor quality of the bristles made it difficult to create precise details in my paintings. Unfortunately, these brushes did not meet my expectations for a high-quality painting set.

Pros
  • Variety of sizes
Cons
  • Rough, uneven bristles

Worked for what I bought them for

They worked great for what I bought them for which didn't require very expensive brushes. They perfectly mixed crayon with alcohol.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

Wouldn't buy again or recommend

Was glad to see cheap natural bristle brushes but the quality was very low. The brushes started falling apart right after the first use; The bristles came loose and got stuck in my painting. Even small pieces of seemingly plastic or the bristles themselves keep coming loose from the brushes, almost like a sad loss of a puppy. I can't be bothered by the low price; Unfortunately, when it comes to brushes, you get what you pay for.

Pros
  • Excellent overall
Cons
  • Doubtful
