This product has not affected the number of automated calls I receive. Finding a product that really works and isn't too expensive. But it's better to pay good money for a product that works well than little money for something that doesn't work at all.

The red LED did not light up when connected to a power source. I checked the power supply for 12 volts with a voltmeter and it read more than 18 volts. I've had the same one for over 15 years which I bought from a now bankrupt radio shop. So I know exactly how it works. As for the features that Revain wants to evaluate. It's not fat. It's bad value for money and definitely not warm.

We had the same zapper over 7 years ago and it worked great. But it seems that with the new telephone technology, most callers can handle this system. So far, that hasn't helped us get rid of annoying phone calls. Jeanne

But 800 calls still use random numbers as dial numbers. Once I even got a call on my own number. The product is a start but needs rethinking to cut out all those unwanted calls.

In the 90's there was a device that played signal completely silently. Not this product. It makes a simple beep on the phone that does nothing. Save your money and don't buy this junk.

This item should be discontinued. It only beeps when you answer the phone. Block died on arrival. I called the manufacturer's support. I told him it doesn't make any sounds as described in the instructions. He responded very little and said if the phone sellers don't call it means it's working. end of the conversation.
