Not suitable for epoxy

Having previously used these to apply a two-part epoxy to 3D printed parts to make medical face shields, I tried again. They worked fine the first time. This last batch literally fell apart within 5 minutes of applying the epoxy to the parts. I had bits of black foam all over my white visors; a disaster that caused me to throw away my 3D printed visor. If you're looking for foam brushes to apply something other than varnish or epoxy, they might be the way to go.

Pros
  • Use for trim, molding, masking small interior and exterior surfaces and hobbies.
Cons
  • socket required.

winner in my world!

These are perfect for what I do and last as long if not longer than any other foam brush I've tried depending on how you use them or what you use them for. I use it for priming signs on smooth wood and can easily apply 2-3 coats for 15-20 signs in just one day. Then I throw it away. On slower days I rinse them out and reuse them a few times. Reviews say they "fall off" or the handle breaks easily etc. Yes maybe 1 pack in 20 could have one of these issues. Sometimes I may have to hold right…

Pros
  • These foam sponge brushes with wooden handles are lightweight and easy to use.
Cons
  • Expensive

Very handy for many crafts, touch ups etc.

I use these foam brushes for all kinds of artistic painting. I recently used them to repaint 3 large picture frames. They are also very suitable for small touch-up jobs. Some reviewers complain that they aren't very strong, but they are as strong as any other sponge brush I've used. After all, they are made of foam. If I have a small project that requires multiple layers of paint to dry in between, I wrap them in kitchen foil to keep them soft and not dry out between layers. They work very well

Pros
  • Our foam brushes are durable for every use and disposable for quick and easy clean up.
Cons
  • thin
