Description of Pro-Ject Primary E Phono turntable black

The Pro-Ject Primary E Phono is an audiophile turntable with a pre-tuned tonearm without compromising on sound. The lightweight aluminum arm is optimized for the Ortofon cartridge and unlocks its full potential. The Primary E Phono is equipped with a switchable output (phono/line) that allows you to connect the turntable to an external phono stage or use the built-in turntable and directly connect the turntable to the line input of other devices. Thanks to a well-thought-out design, without unnecessary functionality, the turntable was able to maintain an attractive price, despite the fact that it is hand-assembled and made in Europe. Great value for the money, definitely recommended!

The first normal player after the Soviet one. The sound is simply incomparable. Having studied many models, I can say with confidence that this is the best option in the budget price category. Some pros: Simplicity (I took it out of the box and you can immediately listen, if, of course, there are at least some speakers), the sound is bombing. Got cons: I tried to at least it out of my finger, but it still didn’t work out (in other words, no flaws were found).

How could such a bad product be made?

A turntable arrived with a rusty tonearm. I understand, of course, that the assembly is manual, the company is good, but such jambs are unforgivable! All in all, I'm hoping for a refund.

Pros
  • Minimalistic, good sound for the price, easy to install.
Cons
  • Some may be put off by the lack of automation. RUST?
