ProSelect Crate Replacement Tray: Enhance Your Pet's Crate Experience Review

I ordered this because of the advertised dimensions, so imagine my disappointment when it arrived and was a few inches smaller than advertised. Decent quality but not a very good fit so went back. How difficult is it to use the tape measure correctly?

I am so disappointed with this tray 😞 They use the cheapest plastic and the dimensions are wrong. It was small for my dog cage and I'm sure I ordered the right size. My dog is 25 pounds and as he climbs into the cage it looks like the tray is about to break. Really bad quality

Product received does not match photo or description. The plastic is NOT durable and does not measure 37.5 x 24.5 x 2.5 inches. 37.5 x 24.5 x 2.5 inches is closer to the dimensions of the box it comes in. Definitely not worth the price and we decided to return.

The tray I received was definitely *not* like the one pictured. It's perfectly smooth and shiny - no traction, very slippery for dog paws. It looks like an oversized experiment in art for kids (possibly even a great use). If I had bought this in a dog crate I would definitely return it but since I got it to provide a solid base for my under bed storage bag it doesn't matter. My rating: 5 stars if you don't use it for a dog. 1 star for use in a dog crate. So an average of three stars.
