Suitable for many hobbies

We love snorkeling and I bought this to complement the mesh bag to conveniently carry our gear while we hike the half mile on Grace Bay Beach. Works great for that. I also enjoy playing guitar and love the DiMarzio ClipLock straps, which I've used since the 1990's. So I "stole" them to put on my guitar straps and now I have to order more. They are very comfortable and do a good job of staying in place. If I had to find a fault, they added some weight. In my opinion, the exchange is worthwhileโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Secure Velcro closure

Superior Quality: Other Sports

Superior Strap Lining. I'm very critical and although it looks nice in the picture it's even better than I expected. worth your money. You probably won't find a padded shoulder strap of this quality. The only possible exception I've seen are the ThinkTank straps that come with their very expensive camera cases. I like them because they are thin but they are excellent quality. This one is a bit bulky. Other than that, it's definitely the best I've seen. And if you want a little extra padding for

Pros
  • Waterproof 1680 Ballistic Nylon Shell

Quality, comfortable and fits perfectly with my 1-1/2 " wide belt

my shoulder. I looked at a few but they were too wide for my 1-1/2" wide strap. It fits perfectly and keeps the strap on my shoulder no matter which shoulder I use. At first I thought it might be too wide , but I found it fits my shoulder with no problems. If it's already, I think it might be uncomfortable. It's perfect! I like the material, which is comfortable right out of the box. This strap is very well made and will last long.

Pros
  • Fits up to 2" wide belts
Cons
  • Hard to tell

I carry a camera on the side of each shoulder several times a month. I don't use the BRAND/Model straps that come with the cameras, so for that last case I added a Pro Tec Deluxe Neoprene Shoulder Strap Pad with Non-Slip Backing (SHPAD12) to an old leather strap I had on hand. The width of the padding is perfect for my particular belt, it's nice and grippy โ—„ I bought it specifically for shoulder hold on thin/smooth polyester, not to lighten heavy loads. Seems very well done. Very positiveโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Non-Slip Backing

A belt pad that REALLY delivers what it promises!

I only use Healthy Back Bags(TM) and they distribute the weight perfectly and do almost zero heavy loads BUT they all slide and slide up and down the shoulder and slide easily off the shoulder, and the bag landed in the crook of my arm. I carry LOTS of "things" in my bag (purse) and I needed something to keep them in place. I've looked and looked and looked and tried so many different devices that promise to stop slipping and none of them have done anything other than ruin my shoulder strapโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Thick comfortable neoprene padding
Cons
  • Slightly crumpled
