I love how easy it is to use this software in our department of over 2k employees who do nothing but process invoices as well as approve payments from various vendors that we work with. It's also very user friendly for someone new which has helped out alot since most people have been using other programs before they start working here. Nothing really so far! Easy, quick way to update/approve transactions.
Very organized system no longer need paper trails at end customer locations like banks where you receive checks via mail
I like how it helps to keep track of all of our processes. It is easy to use and allows us to continue to add more features as we need them. The customer service could be better. We have had to contact support multiple times with questions or issues that were not able to be solved with their support team. There are other products out there that offer similar functionality and do so at a lower cost.
