Great platform with great customer service

I love how easy it is to use. The interface is very simple and intuitive. It is fast and accurate. I'm able to run multiple models simultaneously without any issues.The results are extremely detailed and informative. However, sometimes you have to wait for a while to get an answer. Sometimes it takes too long to get a response. I would like to see more options for more advanced users. This software has helped me improve my business immensely. It's easy to use for basic reporting needs as well as more complex analysis using multiple dimensions/variables such as product attributes etc. it provides all needed tools including forecasting capabilities which are very helpful when you need detailed reports with forecasts within dashboards that drive your decision making process (e.g., purchase volume).
