Absolutely useless and painful. It leaves marks on my face and has NOT popped any pimples. The loops at the ends are too tight. The last tool I bought had a thick wire that was flexible so it worked on your skin with minimal redness. Not worth sending back. save your money

This is a good product to help you get rid of blemishes from your face. There's nothing complicated or unusual about this, but it works. Clean thoroughly with hot soapy water or use an alcohol swab. Before using the instrument, wipe the skin with a hot cloth. Keep your skin and instruments clean to prevent bacteria from moving across your face. The tool works well and I rated it 4 stars.

I used this product two years ago but have learned a lot since then and wanted to say invest in a chemical peel instead. It's much better for your skin because you never have to use force when handling the skin. I recommend Paula's Choice Perfecting BHA 2% Liquid Scrub. If all else fails, see a dermatologist!

I am new to using extractors and this is the first one I have ever bought. For the record, I have pretty fair skin aside from a few little white heads here and there, my chin resting on my cheeks at times. I've had facials so I know how they work. I've tried 3 times and no luck. The hinge holes are too big and didn't help get the dirt out even when I pushed hard. I would look for another smaller or more prestigious one
