The quality of this is quite good however keep in mind that it is for installation with a traditional clamping drain/panliner. Which is to say, it is NOT for curbless installations. I did not realize this until the return window passed. If you plan on using a topical membrane you'll need a style that has a flange to bond the drain to the membrane.

It was the first time my contractor had installed this type of drain that is supposed to be tiled to match the floor. He said the drain itself was easy however the setting of the tile into the bar was a headache. This was partly due to the way the tile I selected fit into the drain cover.

Bought two of these for some bathroom remodel projects. They look beautiful and work really well. One point, one of the drain's had a broken plastic spacer clip when we opened the box. I contacted Neodrain's customer support email requesting a replacement. They responded promptly and quickly shipped us replacement clips plus additional strainer baskets at no charge. Everyone that sees this drain is impressed. With the tile built in the center, it blends perfectly with the shower floor so people don't even see it when they first look. It works great; lifts right out for easy cleaning and drains great during uses. I saw one of these when staying at a high-end hotel and am happy that Best Buy offered it for sale. Highly recommend this product!

This works exactly as intended. I didn’t rate the installation since the tiler installed it. But it seemed fairly simple.It is extremely easy to clean and has a strainer to prevent hair from going down the drain. You just pull it up and clean it.

The look overall with matching tile inset is great.Haven't finished remodel yet so cannot comment on the hair catcher, but if needing frequent cleaning it should be easy enough because of the ease in lifting the top plate.

Exactly as described, works great. Although I wish my installer heard me say I wanted it against a wall because I think it would look better that way but it works exactly as expected and is so much better than my original drain.

This fits so well and looks great in my shower. I’ve bought 4 for all my new showers. It’s easy to lift up and clean out the basket that comes out and it catches all the hair and debris. Very happy.

A lot of out materials are getting hard to get at our normal suppliers locally. There always seems to be NeoDrain stock at Best Buy. Great Drain, easy to install, good variety of sizes and good price compared to many others.

People like tilable linear drain because it is hides the drain. This one has big gap between the drain pan and the tilable piece that goes over it. It's obvious where the drain in located. It's not as discrete and some higher end ones.

never new about this style until my contractor suggested it. it's been in for a few months. no problems. looks very sleek and clean.

Easy DIY install and clear instructions. Still waiting for tile installation in the shower, but this drain is the perfect solution.

Looking great however, the metal gage is too thin and the space allowance for tile is thin. Check you tile thickness before you order

Ok when I bought this I compared it to another that is 5x the price. So it took it to my local welder crafter shop and for $70 he shortened it by 15 inches to fit my shower none its installed and looks expensive. Thanks amazon.

I bout two for the bathroom remodels and they look fantastic. They are great quality and have a "filter" catcher indise too. This is a HUGE plus as it catches hair and drain blocking stuff. If you hate them they can be removed. Great drains!
