Just bought a second pair

I've been using cheap knee pads for years. After buying and using them for a week and finding that they REALLY stay on my lap without falling off, I'm buying a second pair today. once. I figured everyone had to keep reaching down, tightening the straps and putting the knee pads back on because the elastic wears out (those don't have elastic, which worries me). The most expensive is not always the best, read reviews carefully

Right out of the box I saw and felt the quality, as well as the light weight. This is the third pair I've bought in the last two months. I first tried the Dewalts brand due to luck in the past but NO! Not this time, they were heavy and the thigh strap meant to hold them in place was a joke. I literally had to wrap the top strap around my leg to cut off circulation. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE! I then tried a more expensive brand and had no luck so went to the reviews and found this one. Good knee pads for the price, slightly poor design

These knee pads were a very cheap upgrade and I really liked them for a long time. After three major projects (laminate and tile installation almost the entire floor) the velcro seam on both pads started to open and close. In terms of comfort, they are excellent for medium use and short periods of time. As the stitching unraveled, I had to tighten the straps, which caused me to start getting sores on the skin behind my kneecaps. Eventually the bruising and irritation convinced me to buy others…
