I used this to bleach my hair at home (I used Arctic Fox's Bleach please - highly recommend if you're like me and have no idea what you're doing!). To bleach your hair you have to use a plastic or ceramic bowl, so plastic was perfect. I didn't need all of the brushes but the flat brush was perfect for blending and application and I used one of the comb brushes to ensure an even application. I didn't notice the lack of bristles on either side until I started using the brush. The cup is otherwise solid and the 2 combos (comb/brush) were intact and not flimsy. The response from the support team was to purchase a professional toothbrush. Customer service sent me a new kit after reading my review. I am very satisfied with the quick response and good customer service. I would definitely buy from them again knowing they stand behind their products.

Love it! The bowl is the perfect size and made of durable, thick plastic. I just used a regular brush but it works great. Bowl and brush are easy to clean. Measurements from the side are helpful but a little hard to see. The handle is great too. The price is great too

It's not high quality but they do the job. Don't expect them to last long as they are not professional quality at all. But they're a great price, fast shipping, and they worked great.
