Professional Scissors Set - great buy

The set is just right for the sewer. The scissors are very sharp and well weighted, other smaller scissors are perfect for trimming and "cleaning". Definitely a great buy

Durable and comfortable.

I used these to cut out nurses masks to use as extra protection over the N95 during a shortage. I went through several rolls of fabric, flannel and twill and they showed no signs of fading. I can also use them for several hours before my hand starts to hurt. Smaller scissors work well as thread cutters, but I don't use them that often.

Amazing price for old school shears

I have been in the sailing business for over 40 years. We are always looking for good scissors. That's great. super sharp. Good steel that we can sharpen to a really good edge. Excellent socket. Thick. They don't bend and don't get confused over heavy things. Some here liked mine so much they bought them. We recommend.

The perfect addition to your sewing room!

If you're looking for a quality, heavy-duty pair of fabric scissors that will cut through thick denim like butter, then this is the pair for you. They are so solid and very beautiful in real life. My husband loves to use them to cut fabrics when he comes into my sewing workshop and I have to scowl at him to remind him not to play with my high end tools lol! They are a great addition to my collection and I can see that they will last me for a while.

Nice scissors, really sharp

Very good scissors. A little heavy, but the weight is for cutting the fabric. They are very sharp and cut through fabric like butter. Love the little scissors and thread cutter that comes with the scissors. I would recommend them. Update: These scissors are sharper than I thought they would be. I just cut through six heavy outer panels like I'm slicing bread. The clean cut didn't bother my wrist at all and I certainly expected some discomfort. These scissors cost extra money

Cuts Knitwear Perfectly Like Butter

I have to say that the Sharp Tailor Professional 8 inch BIHRTC sewing scissors are great for cutting knits and regular cotton fabrics. It's like cutting butter with scissors on these fabrics. However, I originally bought these scissors based on reviews of how well they cut denim. I used it to cut thick denim and was very disappointed hence 4 stars. It was difficult to cut, resulting in the edges of the fabric tearing. I was afraid to use them in my next project because the previous one came…
