I gave it 2 stars because it is BEAUTIFUL otherwise I would try to give it 0 if I could. I tried it on 3 different hair types and it didn't work on any of them. I'm very sad because I LOVE the look and bling of it. But our hair types can't iron effectively, even if 450 still doesn't work, we'll be back

I bought this for my 14 year old step daughter's best friend who is also 14 and moved out of state! She used my hair straightener when she was here for Christmas and loved it. She said the one she had at home really sucked and took a long time to heat up so I thought I'd give her a happy birthday! She will love it! My stepdaughter also wants to buy her some gifts and we will send them to her out of state! Very pretty! I have not used it but bought it as a gift, the reviews are good!

I can't buy this amazing straightening iron in Canada so I found it at American Revain (a bit pricey) but it's worth it! I love the beautiful details with the rhinestones, although the colors are a bit darker than the pictures. It gets hotter than any straightener I've owned, including the Paul Mitchell Ion Smooth (which is my daily straightener). Nice iron. But nothing surprising. It's just jewelry. That's why I bought it. But I also wanted it to work. It was no better than anything I got at Walmart. I think the best investment would be to buy another quality product and that didn't work for me.

This iron is absolutely beautiful so I took a pattern to decorate all the chairs in my salon. The problem is that the plates don't go through the hair as smoothly as other similarly priced straighteners, and the plates burn the hair when rotated 400 degrees. I do not recommend this for everyday use and I am a pro.

The box it came in was nice and sturdy. The straightener itself is heavy (but not overly heavy) and feels very solid and the rhinestones feel secure. The design of the blue display on the top and hidden buttons is very aesthetic. It heats up very quickly and doesn't stick to my hair or pull. It felt like the slightest damage from the straightener gliding slightly, if that makes sense. It makes my entire bathroom feel like a fairy tale house and I love it and am so happy the hair straightener is
