->ABS Construction Drain Base for Shower Drains โ€“ Connecting between shower drains and drain pipes. ->Grooved collar works as weep holes while the grooved flange adapter provides a strong seal. ->Tailpiece for 2" drains and outside tailpiece 3" drains. ->Universal Thread: 2" FIP Thread clamping collar, and 2" MIP threaded grating housing. ->CUPC approved.

Great replacement drain

I ordered this primarily for the brushed nickel rust; Of course I had to buy everything to get it. I have the same, but 2015 version. Surprisingly, the screws that attach the grille in the new version were smaller than in the old version. So inhad save and use them.

It looks good but I needed it to fit into the existing base and it didn't.

This looks good, but I have a situation where I need it to fit onto an existing thread, or a 4-hole pattern must match an existing one, and none of them matched. It didn't fit the existing Oatey shower drain base so I had to return it. Kohler fitted my existing Oatey shower drain base so I went with it.

VERY DISAPPOINTED - Nickel plating chipped after a month

This drain socket is installed in our new master shower. After just a month the nickel plating will chip off the grille revealing the black underneath. I am extremely disappointed. There is literally no way to fix this without banging out the surrounding tile. Do yourself a favor and don't buy this drain.
