It is very user friendly, it has all your needs in one place! There are so many features you can use to create reports but I have found nothing about this software which would make me dislike using its services or reporting solutions (unless there's something i don't know yet). The ability to see trends in sales, customer turnover rates etc as well as being able create custom dashboards is very useful tool at our organisation! A bit slow sometimes but this can be improved once they have been used more by other users within an org - hence getting feedback from colleagues who use it regularly will help improve things further!!
