Broke after a month of use!

This unit became unusable a few days after the return deadline and broke my glow plug. Some other issues: (1) After 1 week the remote turned off without warning and my brand new AAA batteries I just put in needed to be replaced. (2) After 2 weeks, the plug started falling out of the socket, causing my heater to not work properly according to the temperature gauge. very neat product. It's almost what I need, but not quite what I need. Setting it up with the Smart Life app for Android was pretty easy. The application isn't as intuitive as it could be, but you can find out. Difficult to use due to poor user interface - Heater can stay on even if batteries die

I bought this remote control to use with a heater that doesn't have a remote control. The process is quite simple - just turn on the heater and set it to "max" (the highest temperature) and plug it into an outlet. Connect the remote control to the connector.
