Great Slicer in Kitchen Utensils and Gadgets

Works very well. I like a very thin slice for pizza toppings. Requires no cutting time and is easy to use. The blade is razor sharp, so be careful when cleaning.

Pros
  • Finally Bought
Cons
  • Safety

Without even cuts: kitchen utensils and gadgets

I couldn't cut straight. When I used it to cut sweet potatoes, it kept breaking or cutting unevenly. The Julian specialty was also very coarse with sweet potatoes. I love the concept of a mandolin that can protect your fingers, but I'd rather take a risk.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.

Someone got it! The sliding ring is large enough for a large tomato. Just move the big potato a few times and it will come to the lid. I made pancakes that came out perfect. I just made Au Potato Gratin and tried it on the first tier and it was so thin I could use it for potato chips. You could see through them.

Pros
  • Easy-to-read control panel
Cons
  • New competitors have emerged
